73rd Independence Day : 15th August 2019

Flag hoisting by HOD
73 Independence Day was celebrated by the Department of Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry with great éclat. The faculty members, students and non teaching staff took pride in glorifying and celebrating the spirit of unity.
The programme commenced at 7.00am. The HOD hoisted the National Flag, the faculties and students saluted the National Flag and pledged to uphold the honour and integrity of this country. This was followed by National Anthem. Then all the faculty members sang "Vande Mataram".
The HOD addressed the students and urged them to do their best and feel proud to be an Indian.
The students then dispersed after refreshment with the image of fluttering tricolor in their mind and heart.
May we continue celebrating this day forever….
